For this project, I was invited to provide live graphic recording at a half-day, in-person strategy meeting hosted by The Food Allergy Collaborative—a national coalition that brings together advocacy organizations, researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders dedicated to advancing food allergy prevention, management, and treatment.

With fewer than 30 key stakeholders in attendance, the meeting focused on aligning shared priorities for 2025, strengthening collaboration among patient advocacy groups, and defining actionable next steps for meaningful change. My role was to visually capture the key themes, insights, and decisions in real time—transforming complex dialogue into an accessible and engaging visual summary.

Through illustrations, typography, and layout, I created a live mural that helped participants stay engaged, see connections between ideas, and walk away with a cohesive visual artifact that could continue to support alignment and momentum beyond the meeting itself.
